Princes Leah

Look at this little munchkin!  She is the granddaughter of our special friends in France.  We were visiting and invited to stay with them for a couple of days.  It happened to be our friend Janine's birthday.  She had invited her daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter to join us for dinner.  Leah was dressed for a party.  The pink wreath somehow slipped around her entire face and her initial shyness turned into being the star of the party.  I fell in love with her and had the honor of sitting next to her at dinner.  She allowed me to take some pictures which I turned into a portrait for her mom.  I hope you can feel her beautiful young spirit in this painting.  (Notice the missing front tooth...6 years old!)
